“My soul, be quiet and wait calmly before God, for from him comes my expectation.” – Psalms 62:5 [ISV]
Central truth: Your expectation is God’s invitation for a visitation.
Your expectation is what you long for – it is a living hope. What you expect will happen. If I order a steak at a restaurant, I expect a steak. Your expectation becomes a spiritual magnet, and it attracts whatever you’re believing for. This one lady had such an expectation to receive a positive test for Covid. She had 7 tests done and they all came back negative, but on her 8th test she got a positive result of answered fear! Her expectation become her result.
False expectation and discouragement come when we trust in man, listening to the flesh, obeying the world, and thinking wrong thoughts. Imagine you have a test for cancer, but your expectation is that you are healed until your test becomes negative! Expectation never gives up until it sees the desired result of victory!
David speaks to his mind and says become still, filling his thought life with Isaiah 26:6, keeping his mind in perfect peace. Other examples in the Bible of people who had expectations of positive results are:
- The woman with the issue of blood, expected to be made whole – Mark 5
- Blind man receiving his sight. Jesus asked him what he wanted done, and he expected to receive his sight – Mark 10:51
- The widow woman believes the Prophet’s words and has a year supply of oil and meal during a famine – 1 Kings 17
Your expectation creates desires that stirs up your faith for a manifestation of the desired result. If you expect nothing, you will receive nothing. But when your expectation becomes His delight, you are getting ready to experience the unprecedented. We are moving into a season of the unparalleled and unmatched in the demonstrations of the GLORY OF GOD unheard and unknown!
“Remember not the former things neither consider the things of old.” – Isaiah 43:18
Isaiah is saying all that God has done was great and wonderful. But that which God is about to do is going to supersede all of that put together. That which we are about to see, and experience is going to be unequalled and unrivalled!
Verse 19 says: Look I will accomplish and assuredly do something UNPRECEDENTED straightway it shall bear forth fruit and surely see it happen before your eyes. I will create a path for your journey even in a dry place will I create a flood of prosperity in a place of desolation.
The word unprecedented means unparalleled, unequalled, unmatched, unrivalled, without equal, out of the ordinary, uncommon, outstanding, exceptional, abnormal, unique, unheard, ground-breaking.
When the friends opened the house of Jesus and let down their friend in the midst of the religious fraternity, Jesus saw their faith and said, “’I have authority to declare and say rise and take your bed and walk!’ They were all amazed and glorified God in His Glory, and they were all filled with awe, and said, ‘WE HAVE ALL SEEN UNPRECENDENTED THINGS TODAY.’” [Luke 5:17-26]
Hallelujah to the one who sits on the FLOOD OF GLORY – JESUS our KING AND LORD!
Now, it’s time to declare and speak out your authority and boldly speak your words of faith and say:
“I am experiencing, right now, the unprecedented favour and breakthrough in my life. I am seeing, right now, unparalleled healing and restoration in my life and family. It is unequalled in the manifestation of the demonstration of the extraordinary power of God. I am experiencing, right now, uncommon financial increase and exceptional breakthrough to establish His covenant. It will be unheard of how God brought me to a wealthy place, it will be without parallel. I am experiencing, right now, the fullness of His will, plan, and purpose for my life. I am walking, right now, in an outstanding manifestation of the Glory of God in my calling and destiny. I am experiencing the unprecedented in every area of my life and receive unequalled wisdom and blessing, the exceptional, out-of-the-ordinary to accomplish all I have been called to.”
Say it boldly and say, “I receive the unprecedented right now” and say, “it’s mine.” Do this every day and believe it as that is what God says about you.
What is your expectation? Are you expecting the unprecedented? Receive what God has never done before in your life and rejoice with a shout of praise and say, “It’s mine!”Scriptures to meditate and confess: Zechariah 4:6-10; Daniel 11:32. Do great exploits!
Amen and amen 🔥
I receive the unprecedented glory and plan of God in my life.
Amen sir we agree and believe with you!!
Take up your bed and walk is what God is getting ready to say to my Daddy when the Glory of the Lord walks in the room.
Yes that how God works He walks in as Glory
