The Anointed Prayer

“And you have an anointing from the Holy One [Holy Spirit], and you know all things.” – 1 John 2:20

“And as for you, the anointing which you received from Him abides in you, but as his anointing teaches you all, concerning ALL THINGS, and is truth and is not a lie, and even as it has taught you, abide in Him.” – 1 John 2:27 (Witness Lee translation)

A True Thought: The truth that you carry takes you into the anointing, and the anointing takes you into the glory of answered prayer.

The anointing is the life (supply) of our fellowship with the Trinity as truth is compounded for our spiritual consciousness to receive that divine element that we may grow in divine life through divine fellowship! The anointing gives us divine life so that we can function in Gods ability to make us effective in our Christian walk and prayer life, enabling us to tap into His ALL-KNOWING thoughts!

We have His ability and confidence to do His will with purpose and intent. We are not moved by feeling or emotions because we have an assurance of the anointing. I am not just heard but answered! The anointing that is in truth of the revelation of that which you carry of a specific subject in the Word becomes your anointing. One of the truths that I carry is that I am anointed to teach, to minister on the subject of the glory, and that you can have what you say!

This truth that is in your inner man becomes part of your spiritual armour which equips you in your calling and destiny. It also allows you to function in your office of the five-fold ministry!

How does this anointing protect you? Because it teaches only truth and responds to truth.

Revelation knowledge of the truth attracts the anointing. It protects you against false teaching and doctrine! Have you been in a prayer meeting and it’s dead (religious prayer is dead prayer) and there is no flow of His presence? It means there is no truth present – it is a dead letter; no life to pray into for answered prayer. For me, prayer is like a river. Once I am in, it is easy for me to tap in. When I am tapped in, life is present, the anointing is present, the Glory is present – God is here!

Then, while I am praying, the Holy Spirit teaches me and begins to unveil and reveal truth. I then begin to speak that truth out as revelation because it is reality! And the reality of that truth will set free! It is the instant revealed rhema Word that manifests the anointing which breaks every yoke and answers every prayer!

The anointing—the life supply that runs through your spiritual veins—is your spiritual connection to the truth that enables an abundant supply of the Spirit of Christ! It enables you to be an effective Christian and prayer warrior to accomplish all the Will of the Kingdom.

When I pray, I am anointed to pray, and I have the Anointing to help me pray correctly because the truth in my heart (spirit man) knows all things. Me being anointed to pray is one of the keys to help me pray in line with His Word because when I have the revealed Word it is always anointed to speak the answer.

The anointing that we have received is a moving, working knowledge that abides in the Son and the Father, and we are being taught ALL THINGS concerning that TRUTH. As the Holy Spirit connects us with that anointing, we become a flow of life of His divine nature. And we become a living expression of God to express Him as reality! If I abide in the Word, and the Word lives in my heart as an expression of the living, spoken Word (rhema) you shall call for and it shall be done (John 15:7).

To know means to have an interview with, to understand, to perceive, a definite meaning, a conscious knowledge of a deeper inward seeing, spiritual eyes flooded with light.

All things mean to know all things wholly and fully, whosoever, whatsoever, ALL KNOWING!

Anointing means oil that is rubbed or smeared until the one becomes the anointing, endowed with the gifts of the Holy Spirit and graces.

But Christ has given you the Holy Spirit. Because of this, you know all things!

Thoughts to meditate on: Teaching by the anointing adds the divine elements of the Trinity into our inner being. It is like painting with different colours, adding coat upon coat. God is transfused, infused, it is ingrafted in like the finger of God burnt in!
