The Wisdom of Being in Christ
We do discuss ‘wisdom’ WITH THOSE WHO ARE MATURE; only it is NOT the wisdom of this world or of the DETHRONED POWERS who rule the world. It is the mysterious WISDOM OF GOD that we discuss, that hidden wisdom which God decreed from all eternity for our Glory — 1 Cor. 2:6–7.
The knowledge of our inheritance God has prepared for us, to those who are in Christ; it is the wisdom of knowing who we are! This wisdom is needed for us as believers to stand against demons, in the finished work of the Cross and the victory we have already won. When we stand in our position of authority in Christ, we know the enemy has been defeated and dethroned. When we do not believe this, it means we are not mature or fully grown in His wisdom.
In His redemption, we must see what Jesus has accomplished in defeating the enemy. When our understanding is full of light, we know exactly how the complete plan has come to pass. Bible wisdom says how satan has already been conquered, defeated, dethroned, and deprived of his power, and that you are the triumphant one in Christ.
When you stand your ground with the Word against the schemes and wiles of the enemy, he will try to blind your eyes to make you think he has the power and authority over you! He wants to get you out of the realm of faith in God’s Word for you to doubt. We are not trying to defeat him; he is already defeated. When we know the victory has already been won, our authority in Christ becomes powerful!
The good news is satan does not have dominion over us; we are under the finished work of Christ!
Authority in the Name of Jesus
The Name of Jesus is tested when we use the Name, and satan flees in stark, naked terror! Our inheritance is in the Name; when we act on that knowledge, it becomes effective. Thanks be unto WHO ALWAYS CAUSES US TO TRIUMPH IN CHRIST. It is also our triumph because we are in HIM! We reign in this life as kings through abundant Grace — Rom. 5:17.
We are not a defeated church. Our victory is to reign over every contest and circumstance. We don’t struggle to be victorious; we stand our ground with the Word. When we permit the enemy, just like Eve gave to him, it means we have relinquished our spiritual authority to someone illegal on the earth. That is why the Name of Jesus carries the power, dominion, and authority over ALL THE WORKS of the devil!
If we do not recognize that THE GREATER ONE DWELLS IN US, THE devil WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE of you! When we come to prayer as believers, we understand that all those spiritual forces have been defeated and are under His authority.
When we enforce our victory from our seated position, looking down on a defeated foe, what you are thinking about and dwelling on is what you are believing. What you are believing is what you are talking about, and what you will become!
Take your rightful place with your confession of faith in WHO YOU ARE IN CHRIST!
When your eyes are opened, you will see every challenge has already been won — now you stand in the victory. We are the triumphant church, the glorious church.
When Jesus said the gates of hell shall not prevail, it meant He overcame hell, defeated hell, and gave us HIS VICTORY through the Glory of the Father that raised Him from the dead!
When we walk in the Glory, we walk in the resurrection power of dominion and authority that enforced Christ’s victory!
What is ours in Christ requires nothing but the taking or appropriating by faith. We do not have to struggle to believe for something that already belongs to us! We must rise boldly in our inheritance as sons and daughters of the MOST HIGH GOD AND TAKE OUR PLACE!
TO ENFORCE WHAT IS YOURS
Enforce means making sure the enemy cannot continue to operate contrary to what Christ has accomplished. The complete victory — we are standing in the finished victory of Jesus and exercising His authority so that His victory is manifested in our lives.
The battle has been won, and we, as His representatives, must enforce the King’s decree in the territory; we are putting the King’s victory into effect.
Who is at the RIGHT HAND OF GOD, having gone into heaven, angels and authorities and powers being SUBJECTED TO HIM! Heb. 2:8, Eph. 1:22, the resurrection of Christ!
1 Peter 3:22 — Who is at the right hand of God, having gone into heaven, angels and authorities and powers being subjected to HIM!
To submit to one’s control and obedience; to put and bring under authority, to tell what to do, meaning to enforce the victory through dominion!
Jesus has given us the right to use HIS NAME = IT MEANS THE MASTER HAS SPOKEN!
We have the same delegated authority, dominion, and power; therefore, GO MAKE DISCIPLES!
